Abstract Submission Guideline
The organizing committee of CSRS-AP 2026 welcomes the submission of abstracts for Oral (Podium) or E-Poster presentations. Guidelines for E-posters will be announced soon on the website.

Submission Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Abstract(s)

The abstract must be written in English.
-
Authors’ information (including correct email addresses) is required.

The abstract should consist of an Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Each abstract must be less than 500 words.
-
Graphics, Figures, and Tables are NOT allowed in the abstract.
Step 2: Log on to the official website (https://www.csrs-ap2026.org/)
Step 3: Click the “Abstract Submission” icon at the bottom of this page and sign up first.
* When you register, please use the same email account to submit the abstract.
Step 4: Complete the author’s information.
Step 5: Complete the abstract details.
Step 6: Click the ‘Save’ button and submit or modify after reviewing your abstract.
Confirmation of Abstract Submission
An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to the submitter by email upon completion of e-submission. This acknowledgment is not an acceptance notification but a confirmation of your abstract details. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgment and carefully review the submitted abstract(s).
Review & Acceptance
The scientific committee will review all abstracts submitted on time and in the specified format. The meeting organizers reserve the right to reject any proposals that fail to comply with the submission guidelines.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by email. Further details for accepted presentations, including the time, session, and location, will be sent at a later date. If your abstract is accepted, please ensure you register on the official website by February 28, 2026. Failure to register on time may result in your abstract not being included in the program book.
