Pay online
Registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment.Therefore, please make sure to upload a proof of payment in the Registration section of your Member Page after making a payment.
For domestic attendees, we accept payments in Chinese Yuan (CN¥) via AliPay and WeChat Pay. For overseas attendees, we accept payments in US Dollars (US$) via international wire transfer.
Please note that international wire transfer may incur extra transaction and / or processing fees. Please contact your bank for more information.
Pay offline
We also accept credit card and cash payment in US Dollars (US$) or RMB (CN¥) on event site. The amount payable will be based on your date of registration (i.e., if you have registered your seat(s) during the early bird window and choose to pay offline, you will still enjoy the early bird rates when you pay on site).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Secretariat.
For administrative reasons, all refunds will be processed after the meeting.
A processing fee of US$50 or CN¥300 will be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations made before Mar 4, 2026.
Cancellations made after Mar 5, 2026 will result in a 100% deduction of the amount charged.
Letter of Invitation (for application of entry visa to China)
To request an invitation letter, please fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form during the registration and upload a copy of your passport. Invitation letter will be sent to the designated participant upon completion of registration along with a full payment. This letter is NOT a commitment of the CSRS-AP 2026 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
